Jeffrey R. Garvin
Jeffrey R. Garvin is a 1973 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law where he received its practice court "Best Trial Lawyer" Award. He is a frequent lecturer to other attorneys and has authored a number of articles on various litigation topics. He is listed by peers in " Law and Leading Attorneys In Florida" and has successfully tried, before juries, cases involving automobile negligence, wrongful death, medical and legal malpractice, as well as product liability and claims for compensation arising from governmental regulation of property. He was one of the first lawyers to receive a verdict above $1,000,000 in Lee County and since that time has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar recoveries.

Theodore L. Tripp, Jr.
Theodore L. Tripp, Jr. graduated, with honors, from the Florida State University College of Law. A member of the Florida Bar since 1976, Mr. Tripp has devoted the primary emphasis of his practice to the trial of complex civil lawsuits in both State and Federal Courts.

Kevin P. Fularczyk
Kevin P. Fularczyk received his B.A. in history and economics from the University of Michigan in 1985. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Wayne State University Law School in 1989. While in law school, Kevin was a published editor of the law review and a founding member of the local chapter of the Federalist Society.

Elisa S. Worthington
Elisa S. Worthington joined Garvin & Tripp as an associate in 1998, after graduating with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law. Elisa’s practice involves general civil litigation, at the trial and appellate levels, in both state and federal courts.
