Kevin P. Fularczyk received his B.A. in history and economics from the University of Michigan in 1985. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Wayne State University Law School in 1989. While in law school, Kevin was a published editor of the law review and a founding member of the local chapter of the Federalist Society. 

Kevin joined Garvin & Tripp in 2004, after practicing as a litigation associate and member at Dykema Gossett, pllc in Michigan for fourteen years. Kevin concentrates his practice on civil litigation, including commercial and personal injury matters in state and federal court. He has significant trial experience in commercial and personal injury cases and has prosecuted appeals in appellate, and state supreme, courts.  

Kevin is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida and Michigan as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Michigan Bar, Lee County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
